Have finally appropriated my parents' old imac. Unfortunately, I haven't really engaged in any hardcore Mac use since OS 7 or so, so I'm a wee bit lost.
Oh, and if you look at the bottom of any window you open (double-click on the hard drive), it might list the hard drive space available (again, it does this on my version).
