For the last week and a bit, I've been sleeping while wearing a mouthguard that my dentist prescribed. Apparently, I grind my teeth at night, and the guard is supposed to help prevent further wear.

For at least two of the last three nights, I've put on the mouthguard, gone to sleep, and woken up in the morning with the mouthguard back in it's case.

I think my subconcious doesn't approve.

Haha -- I've never done that, but I did used to wake up having spit my mouthguard across the bed. (I got out of the habit of wearing it a few years ago, and I really need to start again.)

Maybe you should get a chocolate mouthguard.
