Quick impressions of two things:

Sherlock Holmes- Lots of fun, good action sequences, and surprisingly brainy. Go see it!

Doctor Who: The End of Time- Part One:

There were a few things I didn't like, but they were completely outweighed by the things I did like. Given that the story's a two-parter, I'll wait and see the whole thing before judging it.

Re: The End of Time- I was sort of weirded out by the couple of homages to the newer Star Wars movies, visually, but otherwise I found it quite interesting. We'll see what happens, but so far- worthwhile at least.

I heard a little bird who said that BBC was also going to broadcast David Tennant's Hamlet. I'm looking forward to that!
