Worked twelve hours today, since relief-guy never showed up...

Instead of overtime, which they can't afford to pay me, I get out early on Friday.

Not a bad idea all told. Mom, who just got back from Israel, is leaving Thursday for a BSA leadership training seminar that'll be a week long, and in the woods, so I'll help with Shabbos cooking.

Mom got me two new kippot (yarmulkes, skullcaps, beanies, call 'em what you will) a decent amount of Israeli junk food, and she had some interesting stories to tell.

Anyways, I only got three hours of sleep last night, time to catch up...

When I was teaching, we always called them kippa/kippot. Yarmulkes were those New York things.
