If you do get an fbook account, make sure you're VERY strict with the privacy settings, given your line of work. I know other clinicians whose clients found their fbook/myspace accounts, and it does become an issue in clinical work.
You're too many years removed from your undergraduate degree to get facebook. Old people on facebook are creepy. That and I'd have to take down all my incriminating pictures...
I've never understood why Facebook got all the publicity and not Livejournal. Having said that meinanutshell28 has gone to the dark side and gotten a Facebook account as well, even though she never posts in her lj.
