A few months ago, it was announced that there was some interesting data coming out of a study using Enbrel (a biological used to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis) to treat Alzheimer's disease.

I managed to track down the journal article, and it's a fascinating read: http://www.jneuroinflammation.com/content/5/1/2

I haven't had a chance to watch the embedded video, but I'm going to, soon.

I realize this is more-or-less a case-study, detailing one person's experience, but it looks promising.
