Why would you know what Byron Rushing looks like, to recognize him??

I interviewed Rep. Rushing when I was in grad school for a project I was doing on his constituency.

Friendly guy, real textbook definition of a bleeding heart liberal. If there's a minority somewhere, he's championing them. :-)
