Iphoto's redeye reduction function makes every photo subject I've used it on look like they're the victim of some sort of severe brain injury. (Really wide pupils, very little iris.)
Seriously, I was trying to use it on some of the impromptu engagement photos that reporteraliza's roommate took after I proposed, and it looks like Aliza's sustained a serious concussion...
