See, we're selling our entire apartment this Pesach. Which leaves me with the horrible option of trusting whomever will be buying it.

... Must protect booze... Can't afford alcohol poisoning...

Last year, I had a choice of having my wedding 3 or 10 days before Pesach. I went for 10 before _just_ to have more time for the leftovers.
