Slipped and fell on some ice on my way to work today. Bruised my

Trip to the doc revealed that nothing was broken, and he prescribed anti-inflammatories and a return to the gym ASAP

be careful!
i just tried to picture you with artificial padding and got this image of the michelin man with a yarmulke. wow. this is why i mostly quit caffeine.
