It's the opening to his Symphony No. 9 Allegro con Fuoco.

"Symphony No. 9 in E minor" I believe. Otherwise known as "From the New World"

I think 2nd movement. But its been forever since I heard it. I may be completely off my rocker

I was going to answer that...! But I was also going to say that the fourth movement, overall, reminds me more of Darth Vader's theme.

I think we know what sorta stuf John Williams listens to, eh?
