In Hebrew the main way that this would translate would be "The Four Species," a reference to The four species used during the holiday of Sukkot.

Another way it could be translated is "The four heretics."

Not to get all PC on your ass, but there are a bunch of Messianic Jews who would take offense at being lumped in with J4J, which is really more of a Baptist front organization.
