So, in an effort to practice my Hebrew, I've taken to going to the Hebrew Wikipedia page and clicking the random article link.

Did you know that in the US, small sausages are are referred to as "hot dogs," and are customarily eaten in small rolls with mustard?

Isn't that weird?

With wiki in any language you get what you pay for, and should treat it accordingly. It's far from the silliest thing I've seen on a wiki.

It is! It just amused me that something that I've always taken for granted as being mundane gets treated as quite the cultural novelty by outsiders.
