ELECTION DAY VOTING RIGHTS ISSUES:Use this number at Election Protection Coalition to give to votersexperiencing immediate difficulties, or to call regarding urgent votingrights issues needing response on Election Day.

1-877-SAV-VOTE
VOTER ACTION TOUCHSCREEN DRE LEGAL INCIDENTS: Use this number to reach attorneys versed in the issues common to Touchscreen DRE (Direct Record Electronic) voting machines.

Writethem down or program them into your phone or PDA. Make sure you havethem handy, so that you can make sure your vote counts the way you wantit to. These are non-partisan groups. Anyone, with any affiliation andany voting-related problem, can call.

Sorry, I read this as voter sexperiencing and nearly had milk out my nose. Made all sorts of things run through my head about what one could and shouldn't do in a booth. ;)

(polls at my precinct don't have curtains, just high walls on three sides and a little standing desk to put your ballot on while you scribble in the little circles...)
