I'm a published poet, and hope to be a published composer someday (had one piece of music accepted but the publishing company got sold and the new owners reneged). How's that?

My mother went into labor on my due date, even though I wasn't born until the next morning.

I spent the first two weeks of kindergarten in the "slow" section because the teachers couldn't tell the difference between a vision problem and a learning problem. Odd, eh? (I mean, didn't they notice the coke-bottle glasses?)
