In my never-ending struggle to stay up and write papers, I've sampled Amp, Mountain Dew's "energy drink."

It taste like gobstoppers melted in seltzer.

Never buy Monster, not even if you're, say, driving to Pennsic. It tastes the way urinal cakes smell.

Sobe Adrenaline Rush is the least vile that I've found.
