Don't ask me, I stopped reading it back when the year still started with "19"...

Sorry. I'm in the "don't think it ever was" camp.

When Pete tried to make a somewhat serious gonzo-SciFi/Fantasy story with Bun Bun as the spirit of Easter, Thanksgiving, Halloween and Groundhog Day. It feels like Pete will be cleaning this mess up for years.

It's much less of a gag comic strip now, but I still like it.

I've sent pete at least two e-mails asking him to be funny again but to no avail... I think sluggy officially died and stopped being funny when he stopped having comics on saturdays and stopped having colors every sunday. it was right around that time that he started having insane mega plots with no humor. How can you enjoy oceans unmoving when you need to read every panel at least 6 times to understand it and there is no punchline at the end? If I wanted a gripping plot line I would read comic books! I just want a chuckle and that is why I read sluggy.
