mild concern...
For the past week or so, I've caught myself misspelling homonyms (there/their/their, etc) and typing "and" instead of "at."
Weird.

You are clearly suffering from a case of homonymity. If it is diagnosed and treated in the early stages you should make a full recovery.

You need to go to the nearest proofreader or copyeditor right away. If you cannot find a proofreader get thee to a Chicago Manual of Style and place the open book on your face.

APA is fine. But doesn't someone in the office have some sort of style manual? Strunk & White? Anything?
