How is it dangerous? There's not a sharp corner any where on it. All the edges are soft. It's ergonomically contoured and doesn't go fast enough to hurt if it hits you.
It's addictive in that "oh, so that's the song that's been bouncing in and out of my head for weeks, I can buy it with one click. Oh! and that song looks good, too..." kinda way.
