Okay, when did Stargate SG-1 become a boarding house for out of work f/SF actors?

Ben Browder and Claudia Black (Farscape) and the actress that played Rommie on Andromeda. (Okay, Rommie!actress is married to Daniel Shanks, so it kinda makes sense)

What an interesting piece of informatin. Rommie is really Daniel Jackson's wife? So.. the Ga'oul didn't really take her! ;-)

I have yet to see the new SG-1 with the new cast, but I am going to tape it at my mother's house and watch it when I next get a chance. I love those actors and I'm very interested in how they do in a SG-1 environment.

I have no idea what happened last season though.. can someone clue me in? Or point me to where to find out?
