Have you ever thought "Gee, here I am cruisin' the 7-11 with my Kosher-observant friend, what Slurpee could I buy for him/her?"

Well, now you know!

(Mostly, this is for my own reference...)

Shrekalicious is Kosher. Good to know. :)

(I don't even bother with slurpees that aren't Coke slurpees. I'm neither a huge slurpee fan nor a huge Coke fan, but the combination is just magical for me. I have no idea why.)

Burger King often has Coke slurpees, and on hot days, I used to cruise the one near my house for a slurpee on my way home from work. Mmmm. :)

I love 7-11, and I love Slurpees. Come visit and I'll buy you all the Kosher Slurpee you can drink! :-)

[livejournal.com profile] gnomi and I were just waiting for the #66 bus at Brigham Circle on Thurday night, right in front of a 7-11. I went inside and bought a bottle of water.

Would have loved a slurpee though. Now I know...

and knowing is half the... well, you know the rest. :-)

(Incidentally, I've just ordered the final "Eighth Doctor" novel, which probably has his regeneration into Dr. 9. Would you be interested in borrowing it once I'm done?)

Come to think of it, does one order a Slurpee from the counter, or do you have to make it yourself? Now I'm interested in trying one, but I'd be concerned about my ability to construct it on my own.

It's rather easy. You take the cup, hold it under the nozzle and turn the handle. Kinda like fountain soda, but with more hands-on work.

Mountain Dew is kosher! Excellent! Good to know you are within rabbinical guidelines when you have to pull an all-nighter, unlike the minions of certain proselytic religions.
