Political related Halloween costumes.

Y'know, for the kids.

DOn't know about you, but when I was trick-or-treating, my mother wouldn't have let me outside in less than 3 more layers than most of those costumes afford- they get better as they go down for warmth though, Mostly. Ahh well- there's a price for everything.

I never trick-or-treated, actually. :-)

Just my first reaction. But well, I guess I should have figured. Not like you were in any pressured context to do so- maybe the opposite- I don't know how Jewish schools treat it. I was a public school kid, it was rather a big deal, and at that point in my life, I had no reason not to. Now's another story. I mean, besides just being significantly too old for it: I have spending money, I can buy my own candy if I'm so inclined.

Where I grew up, sometimes it was chilly (we'd just wear tights and long-sleeved shirts under our costumes if it was), but as often as not, it wasn't too cold.
