Class on Tuesday, too.
Got a shana tova (Happy New Year) e-mail from Amanda today. (For those of you who walked in after the credits, Amanda was my first serious girlfriend, back when I was 19, she got married back in '01, and has a two-year-old who, by all reports, is adorable) I don't think i've heard from her since she got married, it was nice to hear that she and Ben (her husband, quite a mench, IIRC) are doing well.
Oh, and baby #2 is due in December. When did my friends start having multiple children?

As for the new baby- guess it's another transition, at least when they're same-age sorts of friends. Could be worse: I occasionally get to hear about a friend's friend who's 23 and has 3 children already... Not everyone is on the same life schedule, especially in your general segment of the Jewish community.
