aribI've found an apartment and roomies, and will be signing a lease tomorrow night. It's one unit of a two-family house, and is in Brighton, near the Brookline town line.
My landlord had Shomer Shabbat/Shomer Kashrut (Sabbath/Kosher observant) tenants in mind when she remodeled, so the apartment has two dishwashers and a stove with a Shabbat timer. It's nicely spacious and has loads of natural lighting, including a fantastic view of Cambridge from one of our two porches. :-)
