-In the interest of my continued mental health, and spurred on my conversations with at least three people this weekend, I need to find living-space that isn't my parents' house.
That said, what should I put in a roommate listing? Right now I've got the following list:
location, my status (working grad school student) and some other issues (I keep my room cluttered, but common areas like living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms clean); I keep Shabbat, but I don't expect roomies to, although they should respect that I do; and I'd like a kosher roommate, or an ovo-lacto vegetarian or vegan that doesn't mind a meat-eater. Any ideas?
Also, I seem to be going through an emotionally needy/clingy phase at the moment, please understand, but don't let me get too parasitic.

Also, noise levels, general lifestyle, etc. I've found that there are often many "catch phrase" warning signs in people's roommate ads if you look closely enough, such as "needs to be laid back and love life" = "needs to be able to put up with my loud obnoxious parties without bitching". Any feelings on visitors and on substance use or presence of substances. Nonsmoker (I'm assuming). And even if your roommate doesn't keep the Sabbath, I'm thinking you want someone that won't be throwing Friday night raves or anything.
I had something else that seemed important that I see in a lot of ads, but now I'm completely blanking on it.
