Sitting at a bus stop at a major intersection which has a fairly regular police presence and smoking a joint.

Hell, sitting in almost *any* public area and smoking a joint ain't very bright.

and before anyone asks, no it wasn't just a hand rolled cigarette, I know what pot smells like, thanks.

i've had people jump my shit for assuming people are smoking it. i can smell it. consider me a drug dog. i'm allergic, nothing smells exactly like it. if people are gonna smoke it, fine. but not around me or my nose, please. you are right, tho. that's pretty damn stupid.

I hate those people. Especially because they never share.

I see (and smell) people walking around downtown St. Paul with joints all the time. Go figure.
