reporteraliza uses the First Class client for work purposes. For a while, it worked just fine at home. A few months back, it stopped working. A little experimentation recently showed that while First Class won't connect when Aliza uses our wifi, or plugs into the router directly (An old Netgear router with b and g wifi), it will connect if Aliza plugs her laptop directly into our cable modem.
Does anyone know of some sort of router setting we can adjust. or of a different router we can purchase that would fix this problem?
