I need someone local (preferably someone who's done something like this before) to take these on me, so that I can get a coat made up.

I've done it before, though not in a while. I have a tape measure at least.

If you don't find anyone more qualified, I'll do it. I won't even feel you up when I'm measuring and pretend it was an accident.
