Housing update, in a nutshell...

Saw a studio. Liked it.

It got signed away before I could say I wanted it.

Did some more thinking, realized that while I value my privacy and alone-time, I'd fall apart if it was enforced, and I'd be much happier in a roommate/co-housing situation than in a tiny little studio.

Will be talking to a friend of mine about his plans for whenhe moves back to Boston this summer.

It sounds like a shared place with a space you can retreat to would be a win, yes. Good luck finding a roommate!
