heh. you know mangosteen? He does this shtick quite well; in fact, it's his trademark. One evening a whole bunch of us were standing in Davis Sq. and we saw his car get stuck in traffic nearby us (he has a memorable vanity plate on it) and I said, "Look, it's mangosteen! On three--ready? One. Two. Three." and all six of us shouted "SHALOM" at the tops of our lungs. He turns around in complete horror and then starts shaking his head in sheer embarrassment. Poor guy. :-)
