Pesach food goodness

Now, a staple of Pesach (Passover) snack foods is the Kosher for Passover macaroon.

Like 'em or hate 'em, they're one of the only options you have, so the major food manufacturers come out with various new flavors each year.

This year, The Butcherie, Brookline's main Kosher grocer, has come out with their own variety.

Dark chocolate covered chocolate macaroons.

I'm in heaven.

If they found a way to make macaroons without egg whites I'd be a happy, happy, happy girl. And probably a lot fatter too, but that's not the point ;)
