-I get to order in Hebrew and impress people I'm talking to on my cellphone. :-)

-They make the best felafel I've ever had, and the best shawarma I've had in the US.

That's right, he imported an Israeli-made felafel-ball maker/deep-fryer. Probably the coolest piece of engineering I've seen in a fast-food restaurant. :-)

Which reminds me, I should finish "Harry Potter v'Cheder HaSodot" soon, I've been picking at it for months.

(That's Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, in Hebrew, I have books 1,2 and 4. I suspect it'll be quite a while before 5 gets translated.)

It's got a rotating drum on the top which is attached to a basin for the felafel mix. The drum rotates, and felafel balls are pressed through a series of holes on the drum and land in the fryer.
