aribSee, in the past year or so of Spider-Man, Peter and MJ have been estranged. They've only recently gotten back together, and the following conversation ensued...
MJ: You know that thing people do, where they talk a lot, because they're nervous so they try to keep things moving, don't let any silence into the conversation, just keep it all light?
PP: Maybe
MJ: I was just thinking that... it's a good thing we're past that. I mean it's been a while since we've been around each other, but I think it'd br a shame if there were that kind of awkwardness, don't you?"
PP: "Silence is good. I like silence. I like that song "Sounds of Silence" I liked "Silence of the Lambs" I'm even big on "Silent Night," even when it's sung off-key, which it always is, and...
(they kiss, rather dramatically, I might add)
PP: (in a wibbly voice) Could I have another one of those, if you've got a spare, because that was good with the whole lips thing, and the face touching, because I could do that all night until I go on patrol and...

So, when did Peter Parker turn into me?
