So, my contract with Sprint PCS ends in June, and I'm looking into switching plans for a few reasons.

-I don't get reception in my apartment.

-Loads of hidden charges keep sneaking up on me.

I've been looking into other cell plans and am currently leaning towards T-Mobile, as their newer pricing plans look good, and they've set up cell stations in the T.

Does anyone have any reccomendations?

I've had Verizon for about four years, and have been very happy with it. There's only been one billing snafu, but that's because I have three separate lines on my cell phone bill. Calls are rarely dropped on my end, and I've always found the support people to be very helpful.

I have Verizon and really like it. I get really good reception all over the northeast and calls tend to be really clear, with little dropping of the signal. The only downside is that if you get one of their cheap crappy phones (like I have) it has this "browser" feature that if you so much bump the button it attempts to connect you somewhere and then charges you, even if the "browser" isn't enabled. I'm still trying to figure out how to circumvent this. Oh yes, and if you drop said crappy phone many times on the pavement in the course of a year, the keylock function stops working :) Just a PSA. hehe.

Most of that didn't have to do with the actual provider. Sorry :)

What they said. I have Verizon and they are wonderful people to work with. When I was in Vegas they changed my plan to Nationwide to save me money and since my phone was shot due to a software issue they accelerated my new phone agreement and got me a new phone and then reversed all of the roaming charges I incurred. And it was easy!

Plus, I get really decent reception :)

I have T-Mobile now, which has screwed me over a couple of times since they took over my beloved Voicestream. Bastards. I'm thinking about switching. They have also gone down in reception quality, and I sometimes have trouble with getting reception in my apartment, even if the display shows full reception.
