Where are you planning on buying your copy? For book 4, we went out for the midnight line at Wordsworth kids in Harvard Square, which was a lot of fun and I'm considering doing again.
The book is being released on my birthday, so it'd be fun to go as part of a whole crowd...
This year, June 21 is a Saturday, so midnight of June 21 is Friday night, the Sabbath. As such, I can't buy it then. I'll be picking my copy up immediately after dusk on Saturday night.
I'm considering having a Harry Potter party or somesuch around then, we'll see what develops.
