That is hystarical! I agree 100%!! I was walking in the city and ran into the "pro-war" rally. My Friend and I both thought "wow we have to have people yelling 'yay war!!!' thats sad" then she said "I miss the days when we were one country like after sept 11th." Any way just thought I would say thanks for that moment of laughter. Also I had wanted to ask by your last post, did you go to Mimonadies for High School? I had a friend who went there, along with his 6 brothers and sisters..... Also all your posts are coming up as being added at 6:19 am, are you up that early or is your pam LJ clock off? have a good day.
Did you know any of the Kagenoffs? I was set up with the yougest but it did not work our (now he is engaged, if it were not for Only Smichas I would never know how many of my old SIddach dates were actually going on in life) Anyway I met some of the fam and I was told a lot about all of them and I think they all graduated from Maimonadies at some point.
Yeah, I know the Kaganoffs, those that still live in the area go to my shul, and one of them was in my brother's class.

"Going on in life?"
You're how old? 18 or 19? Maybe 20? You have plenty of time to find who or whatever it is you need to find in life. The recently re-energized drive for shidduch dating and insanely early marriage, coupled with the Stern/YU mentality that you're practically worthless if you're not dating someone or aggressively on the shidduch market is one of the reasons I gladly left New York.
Yes, I'm ranting. :-)
Seriously, chill out. When it happens, it happens.
but I enjoy reading your ranting, it is right. Yes I am 19, and felt horribule when young Kagenoff got engaged. He and I were actually pretty close friends till all this happend, and I found out through Only Smichas, which was harsh. but thats ok I understand his pov....kind of. Your ranting is good. I need to hear that more offten! have a good day!
So, of course, you're always very polite and patient when other folk leap to conclusions based on unconfirmed single-source news items, right? Regardless of their point of view, and how they choose to express themselves? Seems only fair.
