I dont think they do, they are like thouse Chsidum who learn all night and work in a candy store all day but are keeping the world up (la'havdil) But may I ask what "Shock and awe" rally means? My friend said taht too and I was like "what?" 3 times before I pretended to get it. good shabbos

"Shock and awe" is an old military/ air force term. Basically, they plan on dropping so many bombs and causing so much damage in such a short period of time that they plan on shocking the Iraqi military and government into immediate surrender. They plan on causing "shock and awe" in the hearts and minds of Iraqi's basically, hence the name.
