A- Roomie, Rabbi, Roustabout
Me- Our hero, regardless of the lack of superpowers.
A: "So, what's going on with Arafat?"
Me: "Well, one news source said that Yasser Arafat died, then shortly afterwards, spokesmen said he isn't. My brother Dani said that one of the Palestinian spokesmen said that Yasser's doing just fine, and is taking a bicycle tour of Paris. I think he was kidding. I think they have Arafat in an observerless room with machinery that has a fifty percent chance of keeping him alive, and a fifty percent chance of killing him, thus keeping him in both states until someone opens the door and collapses the quantum wave function."
A: "What?"
Me: "You know, Schroedinger's Terrorist..."
A: "Oh. Right."
