Telephone call from work to home today:

Me: Hey, Dan. It's supposed to start snowing tonight, and last through tomorrow.

Dan: I know, three to six inches.

Me: You know what a good thing to do before it snows would be?

Dan: No, what?

Me: Oh, something simple like take the air-conditioner out of the window!

Dan: riiiight...

Some people are so picky. :-)

gnomi and I kept putting off taking the AC unit out of the window. We
finally did it a few weekends ago, when the weather just happened to get warm. That
made it a good day to take out the unit.

But we've never waited for the snowfall...
