Cafe Eilat claims they deliver (we haven't asked, as we live around the block from them). I don't know with what kind of speed, and I don't know how large their delivery area is, however.

We forgot to pack a snack last night. I only know of pizza chains that deliver. It would be lovely if I were mistaken.
