aribSo, I went to see LoTR last night with some friends...
After all the trailers (Spider-Man *pant*) the movie started.
It was wonderful.
40 minutes in, the sound crapped out, and we were informed it wouldn't be fixed.

We're going again tonight, different theater.
At least we got passes.
