I've been retconned. Again!
Don't take this the wrong way I like having my backstory changed to make me more current.
I mean, I grew up in the eighties and nineties, now? My origin story is going to have gratuitous Bill Clinton and Vanilla Ice jokes thrown in. I liked growing up in the sixties. Nuclear power was pretty routine in the nineties, how am I supposed to get my powers now?
What? nanotechnology? The stuff that stainproofs my pants?
Oh... really tiny robots, I get it.
Okay, but how will my powers work now? Are you going to give energy cannons to the tiny robots?
Oh, microscopic energy channels... sure, I can make that work.
At least the costume looks better. The flares were a bit much.
