Today...
Went to a pro-Israel/pro-peace in the mideast rally this evening. It really, really felt like it should've been called "the white, upper-middle class suburbanite Jews for Israel rally."
That said, diverse community sampling (one guy near me held a sign that said something like "Jews with tattoos support Israel!" and one or two of the speakers were interesting enough to grab my attention. My rabbi spoke midway through, and got more worked up than I've seen him in years.
Is late, I should sleep.
