One of the few ways that they show rather than tell that Baltar is a sooper-genius(*) is the way that he weaves the conversations with 6-in-his-head with whatever conversation he is having with the people around them. Caprica 6 is completely unable to do this - she can make facial expressions at Baltar-in-her-head but she can't do the simultaneous conversation trick.
