man, i did that once. fell on my knee, smacked my shin, and fell on my other knee. and then i went out to a bar that night.

the next day I bought stick on things for the shower so i don't do that again. cuz it sucks!

put some ice on it and feel better. and be careful!!

What's really bad is when you have a mat in the shower but it keeps sliding around. I can't figure out why, but it's really disconcerting.
