Issues with Trillian... (the IM client, not the fictional character)

For some reason, Trillian hasn't been accurately reflecting whether or not a person is actually on-line, or is having messages sent to their cellphone. To wit, I keep sending messages to people assuming I'll be starting a conversation, only to be shot down by the "your message has been sent to my cellphone!" message.

So, if you're pne of the folks who has gotten a random "hi," "what's up?" or "I like cheese!" message from me, my appologies. :-)
