We learned about various types of spinal and head injuries today. In lieu of the usual cartoony diagrams on the powerpoint slides, there were things that I could only describe as pictures that looked like they were painted by Norman Rockwell.

Rockwell-esque photos of people knocking their heads after diving into the shallow end of a swimming pool, getting drunk and falling down flights of stairs, and being ejected from a car accident and colliding head-first with a rock, among others.

It was very odd, especially because the artist signed some of them..

For some reason I'm listening to Stabbing Westward.

That is all.

Or two fronts in the jobwar, I guess.

I had my second stage interview at Vinfen today, I didn't think it went as well as it could have, and had been feeling down about it all day.

Just got a phonecall from M, the person who interviewed me, he's passing my info on to the director of the program I'd be working for, who'll be in touch with me about scheduling the third-stage interview.

yay!

On the other front, my hearing with Unemployment is tomorrow afternoon, and I'm quite nervous about it. Feh.
