I parallel parked for the first time in years on Thursday!

bluepapercup, who gave me some strategies to use. Also, my folks are putting me on their car insurance next week.
I think this means I can upgrade my driving skills status from "absolutely dreadful" to "not quite entirely horrible." :-)
